We are committed to a fair and transparent return process that complies with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018. This policy outlines the conditions and steps required to return or exchange your jersey or sports gear.
1. Eligibility and Return Window
Our return window is 7 days from the date you receive your jersey. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags, such as club or brand tags, intact. You must also provide a proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. Item Eligibility Table
While we aim to accommodate all returns, certain items are exempt from our standard return policy due to their nature or customization.

3. Return Process and Refunds
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at returns@championsstyle.com.ng or message us on WhatsApp. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Paystack, Flutterwave, or Bank Transfer) within 5-10 business days. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size or team was sent by us. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, which you can use for your next jersey purchase at Champions Style.
